What skill level is this designed for?
This program is suitable for players of all abilities.
Beginners can slow the exercises down and focus on technique, while more advanced players can increase the speed, intensity, and quality of execution.
The goal isn't to compare yourself to others, it's to improve from your current level and build better technical habits every day.
What age is this program designed for?
The program is primarily designed for players aged 10–18 years old.
However, younger players with good focus and older players looking to improve their technical ability can also benefit from the program.
The exercises can be adjusted to suit different ages, skill levels, and playing experiences.
Is this a replacement for team training?
No.
This program is designed to supplement your team training, not replace it.
Most players spend limited time working on individual technique during team sessions. The 28-Day Ball Mastery Program provides the extra touches, repetition, and structure needed to accelerate technical development outside of normal training.
Think of it as the work you do between team sessions to separate yourself from the competition.
Training Setup
What equipment do I need?
The program has been designed to be simple and accessible for anyone.
All you need is: • A football • A few cones (or anything that can be used as markers) • A wall for some days/exercises
That's it. No expensive equipment, gym membership, or specialised setup required.
Where can I complete the program?
The program has been designed to be flexible.
You can complete sessions: • At a football field • At a local park • In your backyard • In your driveway • In your lounge room
The goal is to remove barriers and make technical development accessible anywhere.
Do I need a training partner?
No.
Every exercise has been designed so it can be completed independently.
You don't need a coach, teammate, parent, or training partner to complete the program successfully. Simply press play and follow the session.
How much time do I need each day?
Foundation
Approximately 20 minutes per day.
Pro
Approximately 30 minutes per day.
You should also allow a few extra minutes for your own warm-up and cool-down.
The sessions are designed to fit around school, team training, and other commitments while still delivering meaningful technical development.
How it Works
How do I complete each session?
There are a few different ways to follow the program.
If you're training at a park or field, simply bring your phone and position it nearby. During rest periods, you can quickly check the next exercise before continuing.
If you're training at home, you can cast or screen-share the video to a television and follow along.
The videos include audio cues to indicate: • Start of exercise • Rest period • Change of exercise
This allows you to focus on training rather than constantly watching the screen.
What will I actually see inside the program?
Each day begins with a brief overview explaining the focus and purpose of the session.
Before each exercise, a slowed-down demonstration is shown so you can clearly see the technique required.
Once the working set begins, you'll simply follow along while a timer and audio cues guide you through the session.
The goal is to create a simple, easy-to-follow experience that removes the guesswork from individual training.
What happens if I miss a day?
Life happens.
While the program is designed to be completed over 28 consecutive days, missing a session isn't the end of the world.
You have two options:
• Complete two sessions the following day. • Continue from where you left off and simply extend the program beyond 28 days.
The most important thing is consistency over time, not perfection.
How do I know if I've improvement?
The program begins with a dedicated testing day to establish your baseline.
At the end of the 28 days, you'll repeat the same tests and compare your results.
This allows you to objectively measure your improvement rather than simply guessing whether you've improved. The goal is to see measurable progress in both your technical ability and overall performance.
Results
Will this improve my game?
Yes. If you complete the program as designed, you will improve.
The purpose of the program is simple: to increase the number of quality touches you get on the ball while progressively challenging your technique under different demands.
Like any form of development, the players who get the best results are the ones who consistently show up and give their best effort every session.
Can I repeat the program?
Absolutely.
One of the biggest advantages of the 28-Day Ball Mastery Program is that it's a one-time purchase with lifetime access.
There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. Once you own the program, you can revisit it as many times as you like.
Many players choose to repeat the program multiple times throughout the year, using their testing results to track progress and continually raise their technical standard. Each time you complete the program, you'll have the opportunity to perform the exercises at a higher level than before.
